But in case you don't satisfy with the quality of the received product, you can contact us within 40 days after the receiving and get free reshipment or refund for that product. But all queries receiving after 40 days of delivery won't be accepted.

We do our best to fulfill all your orders qualitatively and fast. But there are cases when we can't process your order and, as result, must cancel. These cases include limited quantity of goods, stock unavailability, or problems detected by our department of fraud prevention and control.
Our Customer Support Team is ready to help you at any time. If your order is cancelled, our team will promptly inform you. In case you have already paid your package, but it is cancelled, we will refund this amount on your card account.
If you want to cancel the order, you should contact our Customer Support service and send us the cancellation notice. If we have not processed your order yet, we will cancel it and compensate you the full amount. But if we have already processed and shipped your order, it cannot be cancelled.
